New seats will be installed Friday

seats
I paid $3800 total - all new leather on the seat faces as the previous showed some age, and I had the lower part of the seat cushioned more while they were out...
When I first got the seats I could feel the individual quilted squares which was irritating, but that feel went away quickly, I guess it needed some sitting on the seat time.
As far as premature wear, with use these tan seats show their age pretty quickly, so if I keep the car long term, I'll likely do them again in 6 years - depends upon what Aston comes out with next.
Contemplating doing the console in wood (my past Vantage had it).

Did I hear Buell? I love Buell's. I have had just about every bike he has made (XB9R, XB12R, and 1125R) and all have been fantastic! It's a shame Erik Buell Racing just filed for bankruptcy protection 3 days ago! I really hope this isn't the last of him! Nice bike by the way!

Buell
I just bought my 4th Buell last year - all 1996 S1's. I think the best looking bike, however the S1 became bulky after HD took over. I only ride maybe 100 miles a year, and that locally. I like the light weight and the massive torque (and the sound). Not sure about the gold wrap I just had installed, but the factory yellow was fading, and replicating the paint was $1,500. Hard to believe next year it will be an antique (20 years old).
I also drove a new GT this morning, I was surprised that it was not much louder than my non-S. Handled and steered heavier, however I have 41,000 miles so maybe age is showing, or that's how they are. Drove nicer, but I have 20" wheels. I thought my interior was much nicer... not a fan of black everywhere, just my taste.
