Clear bra a Good investment
Clear bra a Good investment
On the way for my annual service this beautiful morning cruising down the tollway about 70. I saw a piece of debris that look like rubber, fly out of the back of a trash truck. Hence my luck it came straight for the car. I managed to swerve but it hit the passenger side with what sounded HORRIBLE! When I managed to pull safely over I didn't even want to look, it actually hit the film in front of the rear tire. Took a pic after Brian at invisibra removed it. The paint was not damaged at all. The sound it made really sounded like it did some serious damage. Boy was I lucky! (To have the film, anyway)
Agreed 100%- I had the unlucky experience of a full regular size trash can blowing off a truck, 2 lanes over- yep... landed and folded under the passenger front tire at 70ish. Lucky it was a plastic can. Thump....thump, and the horrible sound under the car and I too think the worst. The clear bra has 2 very small bruises and a couple of marks that rubbed out with little effort. Under the car a couple of black marks on the belly pan. The clear bra has been some of the best preventative maintenance $$ spent ! Having a well qualified person install a quality product is a must.

Clear bra is a must!
The front half of these cars are so low, it places them in firing range for every hostile projectile. BTW, Nothing worse than spend $1000 to cover only half your hood, then getting a nice chip or ding just past it. Like a previous poster, I decided not to chance it and had my entire front end covered, as well as the mirrors, rockers and behind the rear wheels.
IMHO it's money well spent.
