Cat bypass X-pipe would be more ideal on the 2010+ V8 secondaries similar to that of the V12 X-pipe.
The closer the X-pipe is to the headers, the more you benefit from the scavenging effect (aka more power). By doing X-pipe in place of secondary cats you hit 2 birds with one stone so it's a more cost effective solution as well.
