Db11
I'm approximately 100% sure that the production IP and console will bear precisely zero resemblance to that.
What can we tell from this? Well, it will still be push button selection for the tranny. And there's a **** stick thingie. And might continue use/adaption of the Vanquish form and console layout (I hope).
Also, finally come stock with a 2001 Nokia mobile phone, an Eject button, a parachute release tab, and a side mounted "prototype" 8-track tape deck.

DB10 Influence
I like both the spy shots and the rendering. If this is the future, sign me up.
I will say that I found the way too much Jaguar F-Type in the rear end of the DB10 in photographs and in the movie, but when I had the opportunity to see the car in person at a dealership a couple of weeks ago, I found the DB10 far more appealing. The cameras did not do the car justice.
I love the interior of my Vanquish. I hope we don't see AM moving too far away from the classical interior style...at the end of the day, I hope AM realizes that if we wanted a Lambo or Ferrari, we'd have bought that. I do suspect the little **** is here to stay and is probably sourced from Mercedes. Looks a bit like their COMAND or whatever they call it. Having had a BMW with I Drive and having driven several benzes with COMAND, I find the whole **** thing a bit annoying. I hope AM goes the direction of Bentley with their Audi system. Buttons and a touch screen in addition to the ****. The new Land Rover system, while a bit slow, is intuitive and nice to use. Finally, there needs to be some evolution in interiors. One of my big knocks on the 991 is that they made it less sporty to drive and it looks just like my 2009 997 inside...it just feels old to me. Interesting that the auto magazines love to pan the AM for not changing the interior but they continue to praise the 10+ year old design which continues in the Porsche.
If anyone from AM is reading, I'm excited to see what you have to show us!

Aston's got a lot going for it right now. The next gen of Astons are getting AMG's twin-turbo engines, dual-clutch transmissions, and electronics. Some months ago the head of Lotus's chassis engineering moved over to Aston.
The styling of an Aston, the power of an AMG, and the chassis of a Lotus... all that adds up to some incredible potential.

You know... if my V8V had a tape deck... I could use an aux-in Tape adapter... and plug in my iphone easily for nav commands and streaming music.
Hmmm
In my NSX I actually ran the wire behind the fascia and had it come up in the armrest... Total stealth retro tech!

Would love to hear the initial design discussions ... AM & AMG would agree overall car mass is no issue that can't be fixed with a bigger engine and more horsepower, and wider tires, all adding weight.... But they will have to revive the Lotus engineer because he just fainted.
Lets just hope the DB11 is more than a good-natured mutt!

I don't see the AMG engine coming till the Vantage is replaced entirely with a new engine(AMG V8 TT).

Not sure if you know, but the DB11 V12 engine shown in the video... Is Aston's V12 6.0(actually 5.9 but nobodies counting)..reworked with a lowered displacement, and then fitted with twin turbos..
