An obvious rip-off of the Aston Martin design language

Would never be driveable on the roads in Ottawa . Those rims would be trashed in the first mile due to the crappy road surface . Looks like if you run over anything bigger than a cigarette butt the rims will be damaged .

A parts-bin amalgamation. The hood & windshield rake are from a C7.

Just look at the Explorer and how much it looks like a Range Rover. Because Ford owned them for a time, they stole all the design elements and can get away with it.

If you take away the wrinkles, its all Aston. Sad...

And it will sound like a muzzled MB product and not have the glorious sound of an N/A Aston V12...

Pretty sure that a design student project (first pic is in a studio, no real studio on earth would allow that)
Nothing to do with Merc.

This is what students to. They borrow from what they admire and synthesize new stuff from the merger.

Who can blame them, everybody else is ripping off Aston's design algorithms...

I know the Aston explored their legal remedies but ultimately abandoned the idea of suing Ford over the Fusion.

I never heard anything about their discontent when Jag unveiled the F Type but I'm sure the first images of the car stung a bit at Aston HQ.

Even the prancing pony seems to be in on it, to a lesser degree:

Of course, Aston admittedly stole its design plans from da Vinci. Maybe the Italians just felt like it was theirs to begin with?
