Can someone who has done this swap help me compile a list of parts needed? Thank you.

Side sills and that's it. Door seals if you don't want to bother trying saving them, which I did (saves a little $). Maybe larger underside screws, holes on the v12v skirts are larger, just get screws with bigger heads, like those used for the front underhood finisher panel, 10 pieces.

Same hardware as the stock V8V skirts. (exept for the underside screws, like I explained) I just did this exact mod on my car last week.

Thank you. Which screws are you referring to exactly? Would a set of larger washers work?

Also, what about the gap in the fender liner, did you replace those as well?

There won't be any gaps, everything fits 100% perfect with the v8v fender liners. I used OEM v12v sills, I don't know if it's the case for you. I'm referring to the screws that's holds the sills to the floor of the car. Larger washer will do the job, but not as nicely as oem screws. At least get stainless washers so they don't rust.

I got mine from astonmartinbits. Just remember to get a shipping quote from wherever you get them. The OEM box is rather large
