First Shot of the DB11
Design wise, it looks like a beautiful car in pictures. But like most follow-on designs it's more busy and less cohesive. Less elegant and more aggressive than the earlier cars. I prefer the original.
I need to see it in person. Pics from the side and front look very good - the rear...... I just don't know yet. Really need to walk around it a couple of times. Certainly looks like another beauty! I wonder if the turbos affect the exhaust note?
Interior way to busy for my taste, interesting but convoluted. I think the side strake in an alternate color not good. They shoulda either built up the jeweled instruments of current models or went to a better version of the integrated Porsche / Audi screen.
My opinion.

If the car was a different Aston Martin, I'd love it. But to me it doesn't represent the DB line. The DB to me have always been about being gorgeous. I've never heard anyone talk about if a db5, DB7, db9 was beautiful or not. They have always been unanimously pretty no matter talking to a Aston guy, Porsche, ford, Chevy, whatever. This car looks very handsome up front but side and rear are...interesting but not sexy.
I'm just going to go ahead and say that those of you who think it's not DB beautiful are wrong.
It looks like nothing else. It is sleek and graceful, aggressive and arresting. I think this design will stand the test of time.
It had to be different from the previous DB/Virage. And those were beautiful too.
Haven't seen enough interior to be sure, but I suspect there is beauty there as well.

Hmmm.
Some stuff makes me say Damn Daniel!
But if that screen is fixed there, I say WTF?
I like the bold move to new territory. I like the styling in the leather and stitching. I really wish they'd offer more bolster on the seats. I know it's not a "pure" sports car, but a bit more wouldn't hurt.
I wonder if the total lack of tactile forms for the buttons on the center stack will be a PITA or easy to grow into. I love the blister buttons on the Vanquish center stack but no tactile element at all???
The good news is that all of the bits that are objectionable are really low cost to change for a new model year.
Sticking with my verdict. Home run!!!

Notice that it appears the EMU is gone and they're back to the illuminated push button? Presumably they've gone to a keyless system, catching up with the 2000s
While it will be nice to have a set of gauges that are actually legible, the LCD isn't quite as special.

I'm not feeling the brogue. The more I look at it, the more I feel like the interior doesn't match the exterior. The exterior looks flashy and aggressive. The interior looks like it's the equivalent of a futuristic tweed sportcoat with elbow patches.
Yes, it has a keyless-go system
