I have searched the archives, but cannot find any answers. Does anyone know where the fuse is that sends power to the home link in the rear view mirror on the 2007 Vantage?
Yes, a number of times. It indicates three fuse boxes, engine bay fuse box, cabin fuse box and trunk fuse box. Nowhere in the three fuse boxes is there an indication of a fuse for the mirror /home link
It maybe #47 in the cabin box, not 100% sure but it's worth a go.
I think you are correct. I removed the cabin fuse panel cover only to discover that the fuse panel is upside down and not numbered. I matched up the fuses and #47 appears to be the Power mirror fuse.
I have a 2013 V8 Vantage. I purchased the auto-dimming rearview mirror with "Homelink" garage buttons. After two attempts, I located the connector, hidden behind the dome of the reading lights and wrapped in a rubber pad. I removed it and connected it directly to the new rearview mirror. Everything went well; the most challenging part was putting the light dome back in place to adjust it correctly behind the metal clips.
Well, after finishing everything, I noticed the rearview mirror isn’t getting power. I’m not sure what’s happening. Before assuming that the rearview mirror is defective—which I doubt—I’d like to know where the fuse that powers the "Homelink" rearview mirror is located.
