2007 Vantage Options
#16
I have a 2007 Vantage. Almost all the "good stuff" was optional in 2007. The following items were options:
HID headlights
Self-dimming rearview mirror w/Homelink
Navigation
Premium stereo
Cruise control
Bluetooth
Heated seats
Memory seats
Heated front windshield
Bright grille
And probably a few other things I'm forgetting

I don't have the umbrella, I wondered how useful it would actually be since it is mounted inside the trunk. You have to get out of the car and open the trunk lid to get to the umbrella, all the while you would be standing in the rain with water running off the lid into the trunk. Seems pretty goofy.

Sounds like a nice Vantage, the Aston preowned warranty is a must. My 2007 had it when I bought it in August of 2014. I did extend it for one more year as well. I have not had any big issues with the car, other than door struts, and one rear shock. That was it so far. My car had 2800 miles when I bought it, and now it has 7200 miles. My fear is the front timing cover. That is why I bought one more year for the warranty. These are great cars, you will love it. One more Point, you may want to have the blue tooth option it does work well, even with my I phone 6.

Ron, how much was the warranty? The timing cover gaskets were replaced on my car a couple years ago, it was a little more than $2,000 done at the AM dealer. I thought the warranty cost more than that per year.
And I just replaced my door, trunk, and hood struts myself for well under $200 total.

I purchased my new 2014 V8V manual approximately one year ago.
On the late USA Vantages, almost everything is standard. Mine was very lightly optioned with "fine stitching", 2nd glass key and heated seats.
Really love the car: Volcano Red with full black leather.
Almost time to take it out of hibernation. Can't wait!

Need pics of the Ore Red interior! Bet that looks great with the silver exterior. What color headliner? I love Aston interiors that have some color to them, way too many plain black ones out there. Mine is Red Fox.

Hmm, my dealer told me the warranty was $4400 for a year or $7800 if I bought two after a $500 inspection. They also strongly encouraged me to have maintenance done at the dealer insinuating that it would be easier to get claims accepted. The warranty can be applied to any car less than 10 years old and then extended indefinitely as long as it doesn't lapse after the car is 10 years old.

They honored the price quoted. The price I paid was there cost. They did charge me a $250 inspection fee.
