Many Dealers have them in stock. You have to see in person or call and ask. Aston has put the Kibosh for dealers to advertise that they are available (7-Speed dogleg V12s) only the V12VS with Sportshift III can be advertised.

For a fully sold out car there are way too many still available. Pretty much any Aston dealer has one or more to buy.....which is great for those still interested. The fully sold marketing just sounds a little BS to me

 

Fully sold I think includes Dealer pre-orders or sold to a dealer - same reason why the DB-11's are 'sold out' yet two are also immediately available at Morries also.

 

You misunderstand 'sold out'. It means the factory is not taking any more orders to build; they are all committed as dealer order or customer order.

 

Well... yesterday they announced V12S Red Bull Editions being available - maybe because of side impact agreement a few years ago restricting Vantage sales in the USA, those are European availability and not here?

 

I actually am just really curious why so many dealers have 2 or more manuals available. regardless of how you want to define the marketing. Did some of the early buyers back out for some reason. My point is there are a lot ( meaning more than 20) readily available to buy. That is not the same as the 911R which had around 300 come to US and are all sold....with a few starting to hit secondary market with steep premium

 

I know 001 is in Houston as it was being prepped for delivery at a Star Motors a couple of weeks back. In a flat grey colour.

 

2 are available in Colorado and I think they all say 001 of 100

The Red Bull edition cars are available worldwide. Outside the US you can order the RBR Vantage in either the V8 or V12 and manual or sportshift, but in the US it is only available as V12 w/ Sportshift
