2008 Vantage V8 passenger seat weight sensor
Hello everyone,
I have a 2008 Vantage V8 and it was in a minor side impact which unfortunately deployed the passenger seat air bag. I had the bag replaced and brought the vehicle to the dealer to have the code cleared. They are telling me that a weight sensor in the seat is showing a fault and that there are 4 within the seat. Unfortunately, they cannot tell which sensor it is (which I find difficult to understand) and are left with replacing all four, amounting to $4000 in work. Can anyone shed any light on this topic to narrow this down further or offer any assistance? Thank you!
