Local dealer has 2 available and debating. Not sure if it 100k better than a standard V12V - would appreciate any private owner thoughts (vs media).

My only thought for this one would be its likely or quite possibly a collector car one day. Last V12 Vantage especially with a stick, and only 100 made (I think worldwide) correction US with waver. Should end up in 20 years a good one compared to others. However you would have to swallow the likely 100k depreciation period first.

 

So, "dogleg" = manual transmission?

 

It is only limited to 100 in the USA. Side impact waver, like the rest of the Vantages sold here. Dog leg is for the gear pattern with first down to the left. Like the older manual Ferrari's.
