LIDB9 is on a distinguished road
Took off front undertray on DB9

Does anyone know correct term for these,they are similar to rivnuts but also have thread on exterior there are 6 of them in the radiator support panel which is plastic and then undertray is attached using m6 screws,the threads on this one are rusted and no good, thx

I spoke with Alistair at Aston martin bits he confirmed they were premoulded into radiator support grill and cant be bought seperately,and of course that part is horrendously expensive and a nightmare to install,will have to go a different route,thx

Not exactly what you're looking for...

If you can't find anything else, you might get these brass M6 E-Z Lok inserts to work, with some help with a little epoxy to hold them in place...

Had one off on mine when I was getting the bumper painted. Tried hammering it back in and then covering with epoxy. Came loose when I was tightening it. It's sitting in my Probably wont use it but don't throw it away drawer in the garage.
