Anyone else have a new iPhone and completely unable to connect via bluetooth?

I got the new 7plus and it will not pair (like my 6plus did) with the bluetooth in my Vantage. I've tried everything as far as 'forgetting the device' and reseting my phone - at this point it's probably an iOS update that's needed... but still curious if anyone else has run into this as I've heard it's a problem with many BMW owners as well.

Thanks for the update on BMW. I'm up-to-date with iOS 10.2 but still can't connect at all. As soon as I try to pair, type in the code '1234', it fails before I even get a chance to finish typing.
