DB9 is infamous around these parts
Thanks again to everyone offering to help, it's a huge relief to get the opinions of other Aston owners.

When I look at DB9's I just stand there and grin...but I don't know what to look for when purchasing one. I'm sure an Aston owner will know better what to look for.

I can't think of anything special to pay attention to, any feedback will be a big help.

The PPI will take care of most of the mechanical stuff, but doesn't really do much if anything for cosmetics. Paint condition, leather wear, nicks and scratches in the trim... that's where having a person look at the car in person can be the most help.

Awesome, that is great news, thanks!

I'm working on getting an independent PPI at Intersport around the corner from the dealer.

I stopped by the dealership on my way home and checked out the DB9. I didn't take it out for a test drive since rush hour traffic was in full effect but I walked around and inspected the exterior.
  • The front driver side and rear passenger side wheels have minor curb rash. Not enough to cause concern -- wheel is not bent or anything -- just cosmetic.
  • The front has a partial bra that looked like it is starting to yellow a bit. I didn't notice any stone chips.
  • Paint looks to be in good condition although I cannot tell if there's wax/sealant hiding fine scratches underneath.
  • Leather looks to be in good shape with no excessive wear.
  • Tungsten silver looks great in person!

Programmatore, thanks a million for taking time on a Friday evening to stop by! That's awesome and thank you for the details.

It's crazy, I've looked over the photos many times and it looks absolutely perfect. I'd have no idea of the blemishes without your feedback. Can't thank you enough!
