My Sirius worked for a few months and then nothing. I thought when the subscription ended you could at least hear the promotion channel? Haven't really missed it since I have a roadster and drive primarily with the top down and can't hear the radio anyway! Anyone know where the module is located on a roadster?

Module is in the same place on a roadster.

Channels will still appear even when subscription is inactive, but 1-800 number will display in place of channel info and audio will only play from the demo channel.

My 2013 has Sirius, but the subscription is not active. You can still get to the Sirius channels, but it just displays the 1-800 number as said. When did Aston switch from the lifetime to 3 year subscription? I'm not really concerned about Sirius as I listen to music from a flash drive, but if the car is supposed to have it active then I'll get it activate.

Plug #2 as labeled I couldn't manage to unplug--the connector tab is on the bottom side of the plug and no way to get my fingers under there. Based on the color of the wires, it looks like plug #1 feeds power--can anyone confirm? If plug #2 is power/ground; I have no clue how I'm going to access it without removing all the boot interior trim.

To document for others who may stumble onto this thread, here's a couple more pics of the unit:

So after trying to unplug #1 and #3, here's a video of the result (same symptoms as before). I'm guessing I have a dead unit.

So my next question: if I were to replace the unit, can I remove by removing the two bolts on the rear side, in the second picture above (one bolt hidden from view by the wire harness).

What should my next move be?

Were you ever able to get this resolved? Have the same issue with a new to me 2012 V8V? Confirmed the car does have Sat radio and have looked at the module and all looks to be OK

I have a 2012 V12 Vantage. My Sirius unit before activation did function and displayed channel 1. Although I bought the car new I hadn’t activated the Sirius subscription until about 1.5 years ago. Sirius honored the lifetime subscription and activated my subscription when I called them. My car was built in November 2012 (actually a 2012.5). I am quite sure that cars manufactured after the end of 2012 only got a 3 year subscription. Interestingly, the web access to the Sirius subscription also works!
