2012 V8 Vantage S
I am guessing 2.5 hours to swap pads and brake flush. Including jack up car, remove/install wheels. Hourly rate are like $220ish. Pads maybe $250 to $400 an axle.
I just had the rears done at my local AM dealer and was around $1200. To clarify, I already had new pads, they replaced the rear rotors and brake flush. The local dealer is $150 an hour and also quite thorough when it comes to inspection. Sometimes parts are discounted for whatever reason. No complaints on that.
Got the PPI back....
Rear tires thin at 4mm, front ok at 6mm
Brakes ok, front 9mm, rear at 6mm
Clutch reading at 1470, replacement at 1750 on average
Battery tested ok
chip on passenger inside door handle
3 bumper covers lamps water intrusion
center bumper grill slat broken
Thoughts?

What's the actual mileage?
In your initial post, you said "very low miles", which is what?
Five year old tires will need replacing soon, regardless of the mileage, but can indicate the driving style of the previous owner.
Recommendations will vary according to the distance traveled
