These are my wheels: 19" "V-Spoke Black Diamond Turned alloy". They are the same wheels that the Vantage S.
I love the look, but several times I ask to myself how it would like be with the same wheels but with the center silver painted instead of black color :
Both styles look great. I think current wheels make the car more agressive and sportive but a little bulkier too, instead of the more elegant and lighter look with silver wheels.
What do you think? Which ones would do you prefer?
The top one has more pop to it.
If there was an option I'd go with the dark, but have dark painted to body color. Lands in-between the two.
Wow thanks for sharing @DoubleLow7 much appreciated. Your jam jars look awesome . I am going for off the shelf 20" 9J +35 ET and 10.5J +45 ET for my DB9 with H&R springs, wheel specs are close enough to yours. I will share when all is replaced. I need a new scrape guard, service and some tiny bits my dogs chewed off. Long overdue care maintenance, both the car and me .....hehehe
Had came to this thread for inspiration. Decided to follow in Doublelow7’s footsteps as that’s the stance I build for all my cars. So was shopping HRE’s but then ran across an ad for OEM Ferrari F8 wheels. It was a done deal, as I instantly envisioned what they would look like paired with H&R springs. I had to heavily modify them to fit and it was no guarantee that they would not end up paper weights , but here is the end result.
