On my car, it never shows the little red shifting bars and gears 1,2,3,4..
But it shows me the red "R" when I put the car in reverse, very strange.
Depends on what gearbox you have. Sport Shift cars display every gear, no redline bars. Manual shift only displays R when in reverse. Redline bars will come on, if it's a Manual shift. You just need to let the dog eat to see them.
