Cat deletes vs X Pipe
On a 2012 V8VS, which will have the better power output? The cat deletes as I understand still retains the primary cats, how much louder will the cat deletes be over the x pipe? I'd like to maintain the exotic sound via my sport exhaust, just make it a bit louder

I also have a 2012 V8VS and I replaced my secondary 600 cell cats with 200 cell cats. It is about 20% louder now and sounds perfect. I believe the x pipe will reduce the normal rumble and just make a more exotic sound.

We do these on a core exchange basis (we are in British Columbia) so you get a $400 USD core charge returned to you when we get your original parts back.
The Xpipe center changes the tone, but not the volume. It's usually paired with a sport cat, or secondary delete, to give the car a smoother, more exotic sound.
