Besides the older n400 style sills and elephant ear mirrors nothing changed between the year. Specially in your case since you want v12, or S, sills anyway.

actually that was for the 2010.5 update, also the cats are different so it sounds different, and the sport pack rims are also different

Didn't know the cats are different in 2010 vs 2009 even though both have the 4.7L engine. Does it sound deeper and better?

i have straight pipes (muffler deleted) after cats on my 2009 ands it sounds glorious...

My 2009 has 200 cells and still retain the back box but the bypass valves are always open and it sounds like a beast... I should try to borrow my friends Go-Pro and record a little segment

Although the N420 model does sound spectacular in comparison with a regular Vantage due to the specific back box. It gets my vote for a gen II model for sound and collective recognition.
