This may be a stupid question, but the dealership is required to address all recalls if I ask them to, correct? (ie timing chain leak)

TC leak isn't a recall, it's a warranty issue. No warranty, no fix. If warranty, first fix is goop it up with silicone to try and get it thru until you're out of warranty before it comes back.

Do you live in the RDU area? I go there for work several times a year. Would love to check it out the next time I am down there.

Looks like they took the listing down (after all, I did buy it).

So it appears all listings have been taken down. I had my partner go and examine the car for any cosmetic damage/wear, and she facetimed me during, so I feel comfortable about the purchase. In any case, her friend snapped a picture of her sitting in the drivers seat with the sales rep next to her, so this is all I've got until next Saturday (Friday possibly). The wait is gonna cause an aneurism! Side note- I fell I got a stellar deal on the car. It was originally listed for $44,500, got it down to $36,000. The car was stolen and recovered in its first year of ownership, so I believe that that, along with being black, scared purchasers off. Oh well, better for me right!?
