V8 Vantage driver window & mirror moving in 2-3 inch increments

Need some help in case anyone here has had this issue or knows about it. Long story short, had a new battery installed in my car after it died and upon doing so, the convertible top along with the driver side window & mirror are not working properly. The driver side window and mirror are only moving in small increments. I'm assuming this is also confusing the convertible top, as a result, it's not opening.

I've disconnected the battery and played with the fuses and that hasn't helped the issue (although it did fix the memory seats which also stopped working). To make things more interesting, when I start the car, the window will go up and down fully but after that it's back to increments.

My next thought is to replace the driver's door module. Any other ideas?

Forgot to mention that I've tried that numerous times. Thanks, though.
