Can’t open trunk (Aston martin Roadster)

my Battery is not working. I tried jumping it from behind the passenger seat but it was not charging. It may be disconnected from the trunk button. I wanted to get into the trunk but with no power the button on the trunk door does not function. ,is there a manual way of getting in? Pull system?

please Advise

Sounds like you need a new battery regardless, did you try the remote FOB? There is not a manual release that's accessible easily. Only if your stuck in the trunk whilst being kidnapped.

I put a new battery in last year. I believe e the trunk has a battery disconnect which might have been turned on.. but ofcourse I can’t access it to turn the button back on.

The battery off switch is turned on via key cycle on your roadster. There is no "on" button or reset in the trunk.

So that means .. once I turn the key that would disengage there battery being turned off?

at that point then I guess it may just be the battery again.

Correct, have your battery tested or replaced before any electrical diagnostic procedure.
