I went for China Gray also. Kept the rest pretty blacked out. I did get the Madagascar orange brake pads so, yes, a bit of color. I'm swapping my 7th 911 w/ manual transmission for this. Is my first Aston so I'm excited/ nervous. I know the 911 like the back of my hand. I'm giving up a lot of familiarity. I'm going to drive it from LA back to Santa Barbara tomorrow afternoon. I'm a fast learner and am familiar with the dogleg layout. I expect I will get used to it fast. I figure change is good.

 

Great car! I just drove it home from L.A. to S.B. The dogleg was not much of an issue for me. The car is a beast...in a very good way. I'd say it has a lot of character and I can imagine it will be a handful in the wet. I have #1 of 200..... When I placed the order I had no idea I was going to be the first! I'll write more after a few days of driving.... but in the meantime, I'd give this car a big thumbs up!!!!

 

They number all of them #1 of 200 so its deceiving of where one is in the pecking order. That's 1 special car for sure.

 

Totally confused me that they number them all "1 of 200" Was so excited about that when I saw the photo of mine, but didn't make any sense time-wise.

 

Yea, it's just one car of 200, as to opposed to car #1 of 200.
