Very expensive at a dealer. My garage took it to a glass shop and had it reglued and it worked just fine. It was under $300 if I remember correctly. I no longer have the car.

I had my DB9 top fabric separating from the glass. I took it to Steel Wings - they re-stretched the fabric and reattached the top to the glass. $300

Apparently this is a common problem with most modern convertibles (incl. Porsche, Audi, etc.), which use a heated sealant process at the factory. I just had mine resealed at a local shop - Belmont Seat & Auto Top - for $250. If you want a warranty, Boston AM does have a factory approved process to reseal the window without replacing the top. Other AM dealers are likely to have the same setup.
