"Comfort" glass switch for 2009 V8V?

I recently purchased a full set of glass switches for my 2009 V8V, but it included a "Sport" switch. I'm not sure whether I can modify the sport switch without breaking it, so I'd just like to buy the comfort version. I've contacted Bamford Rose multiple times, but have never received a response. Does anyone else offer them?

most folks just replace with sport switch...allit does is toggle sport VS comfort mode so it shouldn't really matter...
BTW where did you purchase?

Will the sport switch have the same functionality? In other words, will it correctly indicate the car is in sport mode, or will it indicate sport (indicator light on) but really be in comfort?

I got the switches from astonmartinbits.com

The connector on the back of the switch might not be the same, from what I remember they all have their own key

No such thing as a glass comfort, you use the supplied sport one and it does fit the connector. It works as it should, lit up as a default on start up. If your want a slow soft shift press it to enter comfort mode.

Yes you can use the Sport button glass switch. But when lit up, it won't be in "sport" mode..swill still be in comfort mode, meaning it doesn't rewire anything to your TCU.

Fyi, there's no changes in mapping/settings to your engine ecu when using "Comfort" or not on the 4.3L, it's only different mapping in the ASM/TCU. The 4.7L's with actual 'Sport" mode button, are the ones that also change mapping/setting in engine ecu + trans ecu when active/equipped.

I’m not sure I understand. On my ‘09 there is definitely a difference between sport and comfort, but as you said, its just affects Sportshift. Nevertheless, if I install the glass sport button, and it illuminates in a way that indicates sport mode is enabled, I want the car to be in that mode.
