Aston Martin Washington had a rally last week. We drove from the dealership down to Wheatland Farm in Purcellville. Fun drive through back roads and had a special car join us -- a 1 of 28 Vanquish Zagato Speedster!
Track day at Summit Point is on Tuesday. Not sure if there are still any slots open but you can call Aston Martin Washington to find out.
Beautiful cars. That's an awesome pic. Thanks for the heads up. I was at the dealership in Tysons when they sold that Red Zagato! Not sure if its the same one, but can't imagine its different as they are rare. Is there a large gathering for Astons in MD? I've looked and honestly haven't seen much in this area. I've met most via C&C, but I wouldn't mind having an organized meet up and drives.

That is awesome. Sounds the route I am going to take. Just bought 2013 V8V 6MT and have been loving it. I'm the second owner. The previous owner was OCD about his maintenance and had Aston do it every year (same month) since ownership. I struggle because I work on my own cars, but don't want to ruin the perfect service history. Thoughts?
I don't care about getting the stamps. Most people do that because they are afraid they will take a hit at resale. First, I hope to never sell the car and give it to one of my kids one day. Second the amount you save doing your own work will vastly outweigh any reduced sales price for not having stamps.

I am thinking along the same lines as you. DIY Oil change is under 400 while the dealer is 1500+ so after a few years, it adds up. I'll just keep a well-documented sheet with all the relevant receipts.
