Brake line fitting caliper end.
I assume your looking for a blank plug to put in the hole ?
I just did my wife’s Tiguan this weekend along with a full brake job . . Rip off a corner of shop towel and stuff it in the hole with a pocket screwdriver leave a tuft sticking out to grab for removal .
I sandblasted all her calipers in my cabinet and for Sh##$ and giggles I pulled out one of the pistons to check if anything got by the paper towel .
nothing spotless clean inside the piston cavity .

Try going to a brake line supplier who may well have those plastic blanks that seal the ports of new calipers. Would be extremely cheap and effective. Alternatively, wrap an M8 bolt in pipe thread sealing tape and press/screw it into the port, then cover with masking tape.
