New Addition-Vantage GT - Exhaust Question

Just picked up this beautiful 2015 GT. Nice overall improvements from my 06" V8V.

One important item i'm not pleased iwth is the exhaust note at 4,000 + RPM. It's almost muted. Any recommendation to improve this?

Beautiful! I have a 2015 GT myself. Same color, though it did come with the silver GT trim package. On delivery I did pull the fuse, which certainly woke it up a bit. It also had Quicksilver secondary cat deletes... but I felt it still sounded a bit like a Ford Mustang, so went with a Velocity exhaust system - headers, 100 cell cats, x-pipe and performance back box as well as an airbox delete. The cat delete pipes are sitting under the workbench in my garage - let me know if you're interested.

I did a secondary cat delete + custom x pipe (which is sort of similar to the set up in your link) on my Vantage S and the sound is phenomenal. Sounds more "exotic". Have not dyno'd it so i don't know the power gains but the car seems a lot more responsive / breathes easier.

Yes. The green car in the video is my car. It's the best bang for the buck for a performance increase and sound improvement. I have kept my exhaust original and I have not removed that fuse.

I have one on order, when it arrives I'll contribute some A/V media and a review.

I have a 13 regular V8V. I put on secondary cat delete pipes and a midsection x pipe from AP. It really changed the cars sound quite a bit. I have an AP tune also but the original tune had loud pops and crackles which I don't like so they sent a new file toning that down. The sound is definitely louder and more crisp than before the mods, but not so loud as to be obnoxious. It sounds like a proper exotic. I get positive comments about the exhaust sound now and then.

This might sound like a naive question, but is the fuse box the one next to the engine? I looked in the right compartment in the trunk and did not see a fuse box (maybe different on a roadster than the coupe? ) 12 V8VS here
