Crackling sound for your thoughts

Hi, my 2015 Vantage GT is new to me. It was just serviced and checked. No codes. It drives perfectly. I am hearing crackling sound coming from behind the HVAC / radio control when i rev it. It happens when the car is stationary and don't hear it when driving. It does not happen all the time. It does not sound like it is coming from the engine. The engine from outside sounds very smooth.
It has no relationship to clutch being pushed or not.
Any thoughts what is it? is it normal? i am trying to learn the car still.
Please watch the video in the link it is clearer in second 17
Thanks
Alex

Sounds like a broken connecting rod on a beat up bearing. But if it were, the service would have detected metal in the oil.
Did you point this out to the service technician?

Noisy interiors seem to be a common occurrence - there are quite a number of posts on the matter across a few forums - loose consoles, dash components, bulkhead fittings etc. I will say on my 2015 V8V GT I frequently hear a few rattles from the dash - nav screen, etc. Going faster usually makes them seem less important.

Thank you. I did not tell the mechanic at the time of service as the car was new to me and did not hear it yet.
I don't think it is an engine issue like connecting rod because it does not happen all the time and the engine sounds perfect. A sound clip of the engine is in the link below.
Thanks

Have you checked the condition of the catalysts?
