What is this? Found in DB9 convertible housing

So I heard a weird rattling noise in my rear convertible bay and lifted the top 1/2 way to check out what is moving around in there and I found this handle pole thing. What is this? Where does it belong? I assume it sits somewhere inside the convertible movement and it came loose? Any help would appreciated.

Apparently someone has learned they must have left their tools in the car. As a surgeon would say, buried the hatchet. Appears to have a #2 Phillips on the end and was probably fairly straight and usable beforehand.

thanks. So it’s not part of the car. I was wondering if it was some manual override tool for the top of something. I did have someone detail the car recently so it might be his.
