Installing muffler delete pipes - Remove rear bumper or just valance?

Hi all,

I have a 2013 V8 Vantage. I'd like to install muffler delete pipes on my V8 vantage. Does anyone know if I have to remove the rear bumper, or can I get away with removing simply the valance to pull the muffler down. (I'm aware that I also have to remove the fender liners.)

All the instructions I've seen are for a pre-facelift car.

Thank you.

You can do it without removing bumper. I did remove & install my muffler few times.
First remove wheel liners, remover rear diffuser lower painted part, remove four spring clamps on each side of the diffuser just to give you little wiggle room. loosen exhaust center pipes to cat clamps & center clamp, remove rear muffler flange bolts, push exhaust center pipe forward to clear muffler hangers, remove rear sway bar, disconnect vacuum lines from muffler valves, and it should come down. To install delete pipes, install front exhaust pipes & tighten bolts/screws, then install delete pipes & adjust angles, cap off vacuum lines.
hope this helps. good luck.
