If it's a V12 Vantage, then the bypass will work fine. If they actually changed the TPM sensors strange why it doesn't work. Plus being a safety issue I would ask the dealer as to why the system isn't working.

All the led's on the little sensor under the glove box are blinking yellow, so something is screwed up. What the hell do I do now? Since I can't take it to the dealership 2,500 miles away, I think the best solution for me is this TPMS Defeat wiring harness.
Sounds like they may not have programmed the new TPMS sensors to the Smart Tire system. Unlike the BERU, the Smart Tire system is a PITA and requires recoding of the sensors to match the SmartTire module.

I'm afraid I've already sold both my extra bypass units, but you can source them directly from Aston Installations

On Monday I will try and call the service manager and ask him what to do. I did buy the two year warranty for peace of mind so they should work with me to resolve this. If all else fails, I will go the Defeat route. I bought a digital tire pressure gauge and I will check the tires more regularly for air loss----I pick up a drywall screw every couple of years so I should check more regularly than I do now, anyway.

Did you try unplugging it and then plugging it back in? Maybe a simple power reset is needed.

I did unplug the wiring harness that goes into the monitor under the glove box, but the low tire icon and warning message stayed on, so I clicked it back together and continued driving. Let's see what the service manager at the dealership tells me tomorrow. I'll let you guys know.

TPMS Defeat wiring harness worked like a charm

Update: The service manager at the dealership kind of obliquely suggested that maybe (just possibly, of course) they hadn't properly programmed the TPMS system before they sent me the car. Anyway, he told me to take the car to a tire shop, have all four tires dismounted from the rims, and record the serial numbers of the TPMS devices, and then to remount the tires. Then I was to send him that information and also send the control box under the glove compartment and they would reprogram the system. I do have the full two year warranty, but this was all to be done on my dime, I assume, 'cause he didn't say otherwise. After hearing that, I promptly ordered the TPMS Defeat wiring harness from the UK. It took a week to get to Honolulu, but it arrived today and I clicked it in and presto, the tire icon and warning message disappeared. Yes, it's a workaround, but sometimes you just need some immediate relief.
