$3600 to replace a clutch? That seems really cheap. Do you have a manual or Sportshift? The price for new clutch for my Gallardo is eye watering. It needs to be done by a dealer because you need the proprietary Lambo computer and software to set it up. Can an AM clutch be done at an indy without a special computer or software?

the v8 vantage (don't know about the other models) can be done at an indy. the one around here (central coast california) will do it for about 4000. they have an Aston Martin Diagnostics Systems computer (AMDS). whether it is necessary in order to replace the clutch on a manual or sportshift is one of the numerous things i don't know. i've heard tell of DIY installations so my guess is that proprietary AM equipment may not be necessary.

in general, i've found that this is the type car that a service garage with the "right stuff' can do just about anything, except bestow upon your service manual an official AM stamp of approval.

yes $3600. ASM with OEM clutch installed... need AM software to flush, cycle the ASM hydraulics...

My PPI was a full inspection, check nit reading fir the clutch, inspected all major components, test drive and they let me back in shop to go over all the items... if you develop relationship with your dealership, they can be a great resource... gives me discount on parts...
