V12 Vantage acting weird after battery dying

Hi everybody! Full disclosure, I am a professional detailer and I am also the temporary caretaker of this 2011 V12 Vantage Carbon Black. The owner brought the car to me with some electrical gremlins and had noted that the battery had previously died on the car, but he had replaced it with a new one. He had also said that the computer needed to be reset so that the car could be sorted. The windows will not roll down, the radio/multimedia screen seems unresponsive other than volume, and the gas cap actuator sounds pretty weak. Any ideas on what this could be/how to solve it? I've been tasked with getting some answers, so anything helps! Thank you everybody!

Are you keeping the car on a Battery Tender while in your care?
