V8 Vantage FUSE 22

The new to me V8 Vantage came 2 weeks ago. I've been going through it and noticed that Fuse 22 was already removed. Prior owner didn't know what I was talking about and she had it for 11 years. I'm guessing that it was the owner prior (original owner) that removed it. At this point should I just leave it as-is or put it back and see if the valves cycle? Biggest concern is they the valves have partial operation and then get stuck. I have no idea about access to pre-lubricate them but I will if I can access them.

Thoughts??

Install the fuse and see if you notice a difference. When installed make sure the vacuum pump doesn't continue to run as that will kill the pump due to a vacuum leak. Or you can........best advice, leave #22 out and don't worry about anything.
