Chirping at ~2,500 RPM

Reaching out to the folks who know a lot more then I do about these cars, as I have an incessant chirping at about 2,500 RPM with the engine hot or cold.

This has not been a good year for me and my 2012 V8 Vantage S. It all started with a clutch replacement with a VAP kit that went without hiccup after the long wait for the parts.
Shortly after replacing the clutch, I had a check engine light that threw codes for upstream O2 sensors and Thermostat.

Got the o2 sensors replaced while I waited for the thermostat, and upon picking up the car, noticed the new chirping sound at about 2,500 - 3,500 RPM. We're talking loud enough to cause me some concern when I first heard it.

Order the idler pulley and feed belt, just to ensure the parts both worked together. Had them replaced alongside the thermostat, and the noise persisted.
Mechanic informed me that the issue was caused by the tensioner pulley, and so I promptly ordered a replacement.

Just had the tensioner pulley replaced, and the noise is still there.

Any knowledge would be appreciated as both me and my mechanic are at a loss...

Thanks

Bump - any advice on this from anyone who may have some experience with this kind of thing?

The choir / squeal is there with AC on or off, and with the car parked, or moving.

Thanks

61mga is infamous around these parts
just because it's so cheap to fix and it's a common problem that causes chirping, i'd invest in a stick of belt dressing. although i have to admit, what with pulley's being replaced, the chances of a belt squeak persisting through all that is not encouraging. but you never know...

a sound clip might help clarify things.

Try using a mechanic stethoscope to try and localized the chirp?

I hate to suggest this but...having had a similar problem on a Range Rover Classic...and in light of your cooling system complications...it might be worth investigating the water pump.
