We've been working on a facelift for this product for a little while now. We were happy with the original kits, but it was way back in 2014 when we originally started manufacturing the parts with an external supplier. We addressed some of the concerns about welding of the collectors back in 2016 when we moved from our original supplier to handling things internally, and have made some other changes along the way - switching ceramic coating suppliers back in 2016 as well.
So a number of little changes and improvements happened along the way, but over the past winter we were able to revisit this project and make a few additional changes. Just little tweaks here and there to the routing of some of the tubing, and cleaning up a few of the joints & processes. All of those little improvement have added up to some nice gains, and some improved clearances.
Our test vehicle was a 2011 V12 Vantage, baselined on a dyno we've been using for the last few years that's super consistent. The end results? +57BHP and +40ft/lbs at peak, with solid gains throughout the RPM range. This represents an increase of 12BHP over the V1 version that we tested several times from 2014-2017. 13 orders have shipped, or are just being shipped in the next week or so. Thank-you very much to those who waited while we completed this update. For those who are interested, I believe we have 3 more sets of manifolds from the current production run which are available for allocation once completed and sent to ceramic coating (they are all ceramic coated now, as standard.) As always, available in the UK & Europe through our agents David Appleby Engineering - contact James Appleby if you're interested in an allocation.

Hi Stuart, I just received mine a few weeks ago and they look quite nice - am looking forward to the final outcome after installation. Can you advise if they are meant to come with new gaskets and manifold studs/bolts?
Does the o2 sensor positioning negate the requirement to map them out?
This product does require correct ECU integration to function without errors.
