Thank you all-

Hey guys/gals, just wanted to say thank you to the entire group. This is no doubt one of the most active, exciting and value packed forums on 6speedonline.

I really appreciate it all the help and interaction provided, the thoughtfulness and guidance is second to none. I’ve been a member of multiple automotive forms in the past and I don’t know that they provided nearly the value this one has. This forum and a couple of other resources are what convinced me to buy an Aston Martin in the first place. Something if you would’ve told me a year ago I would do I probably said you were nuts.

It was a great experience, really enjoyed the car, but just too difficult to get in and out with my torn up body.

Found a beautiful 2003 CL55 AMG. Was able to orchestrate a reasonable trade and get some cash back in the process. Having thought about it long and hard one of the most fun cars I ever had was an E55. I always liked the shape, style and design of the CL, hopefully that will be as rewarding for me.

Given the change, I’ve posted a bunch of cool accessories and parts for sale, if any interest please let me know, and thank you again for all the help and assistance.

Thanks folks-

Appreciate the kind words & thoughts... I've had 3 AMG E sedans in the past... a 2005 E55, a 2008 E63 and a 2012 E63 w/the P030 option... The E55 was the favorite... Unfortunately, it was rear-ended after the dealer rebuilt the motor due to excessive oil burn and I just put new tires and pads/rotors on it... The only thing that 'scares' me a bit is the ABC and what could go wrong...I got to know a great AMG mechanic at the local MB dealer, so I'll take it there for him to eye-ball...
