Closed the boot this morning after replacing the struts and heard this hit the floor. Found it under the rear diffuser. It's a metal clip with a bit of associated broke plastic. A quick crawl underneath and I couldn't see where it came from, nothing feels loose. Any ideas?

It's an N420 if that makes a difference.
