AMDS help
Since nothing was for sale and didn’t want to risk wiring money to Taiwan, I picked up a former AMDS 1 computer that was smashed to bits and rebuilt it. Luckily the motherboard is still original and working. Ordered a brand new silver/black virgin AMDS VCI, built a cable and now I’m down to software. AML was not willing to help supply installation software or a replacement hard drive. Everyone is under the stipulation that this software cannot be ran on other computers but given this one was originally one - it should! I hope lol! I’m willing to roll the dice on it and get it figured out
so I wanted to see if anyone can help out a fellow hobbiest and clone their AMDS 1 HDD? I’d be very grateful and will compensate for your time. I’m not a shop and not doing this to resale the unit, just trying to keep our two AMs alive!
