Hood adjustment - Fenders adjustment

Hello all,
I have a slight misalignment between my hood and my fenders.
I need to recenter the hood and lower the fenders (or lift the hood).
The 2 hood stops are already at their highest elevation.

What would be the best way to do that?
Play with the hinges of the hood (#3 below)?

Or play with the fenders bolts on the side?
BTW, how is one supposed to adjust fenders elevation? Just tighten the crap out of the bolts? Or is there a smarter way?

Thanks in advance for any help

If you mechanically inclined the lower portion below the wing/fender does have a reverse thread for alignment. If you remove all the adjacent 8mm head bolts per panel to have flex room you can see the lower adjusters. Little trial and error, or maybe alot you should be able to get it figured out.

Ray F is infamous around these parts
I have had to do this for my DBS recently. The side to side adjustment is best carried out using the hinge bolts on the bonnet/hood, the back and forward adjustment using the hinge bolts on the wings/fenders. They need to be loose enough to move the bonnet/hood but tight enough to retain your adjustment whilst you tighten them up again. It's trial and error I'm afraid, but very doable.
