Update on repair. Apparently they sold me the car with a leaking strut from the beginning. I Brought it into the dealer soon after purchase after the suspension was completely collapsed. They blamed it on a low battery instead of properly diagnosing it. The car has been self adjusting suspension every morning on startup because of leak. Now that it's just outside of warranty Aston Martin admits guilt but I'm still left to be pay +$3k for suspension module and they will replace strut. It took them almost 2 months to figure out problem. This is has to be the most incompetent brand for servicing period.

If this was my car I'd fight this with AM headquarters. If the defect was present while under warranty AM is responsible for the repair of the defect.

I spoke at length with a AM customer service rep based in California on Friday. He was adamant they would not cover the repair. AM is covering 2 struts at a cost of $9k and i am supposed to cover $3k for the suspension module. The dealer also doesn't want to cover the repair. The dbx has been there for about 3 months with no end in sight for only a module and strut replacement. Could you imagine how long and how expensive it would be for a large repair? These vehicles are time and financial death traps. Avoid these vehicles at all costs. There is only 1 dealer within a 1 hour radius and no independent mechanics that will work on it. These vehicles are not meant to be owned. Worst brand experience ever. I'll be back the Porsche soon.

Bottom line, AM is losing $1M per day right now and the only metal they are moving at a profit is the limited edition hyper cars.
Still, could be worse, this could be the Maserati forum. Mind you, the Tesla ‘dealership’ a few miles away has run out of space to store all the vehicles waiting to be paid for by customers. There are 4 cyber trucks there. The dealership did not even bother to clean the snow off them when it snowed a month ago.
Much appreciated.
