New DB7 6 speed in the garage
New DB7 6 speed in the garage
I will say, I really love it. It needs some small niggling things fixed.
My primary need it to know the part number for the blower motor, under the steering column, on the drivers side ( left hand drive). Can anyone help me source the part number please?
Thanks very much. Dan in Naples Fl.

Thank you so much. I think I may have found it on astonbits.com but it is in the UK, shipping may kill me but oh well.
I think I may have found the matching part from a Jag XJS, so probably good 100 gamble in my book.
Thank you so much!

Congrats on the new Aston Dan! I usually refer to Scuderia Parts for diagrams and part numbers - https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/?in...xoCr-gQAvD_BwE

Do you agree? Is there a cross match part number resource avainable?
Unfortunately I wouldn't be enough of an expert to confirm potential replacements that could work and I haven't yet found a resource for cross matching parts numbers. When I've needed things myself I've occasionally been lucky with a search on this forum and someone has posted a non-AM part that's confirmed to work. Maybe someone else here has the knowledge to be able to confirm this for you.
Shipping from the UK/EU is brutal these days. However some parts I've ordered from Nicholas Mee and Valiant Ecosse have been lower in price enough compared to US sources that it more or less evens out, and considering they've both been a great resource to me I prefer to give them the business.
