2013 DB9 - these are the compressed felt style liners.
The DS front wheel arch liner has a screw hole with nothing behind it, and with the liner out I was able to confirm - no bracket.
This is the only one like this on all of the arch liners.
I just replaced the front liners on my DBS and noticed the exact same thing, on the right there is a bracket but nothing on the left/ driver side. Oh well...
