anyone know the shop time for labor or any good reliable indies that can do this in Central Florida...

mrtzmd is infamous around these parts
Hello, FWIW, doing a complete brake job on a V8V is pretty standard. No more complicated than a BMW or Mercedes hence, any reputable European car shop can do the job. It does not require any specific AM tooling or AMDs. The pads and rotors are readily available online. Easily 50% less expensive than an Aston dealer. I recently did my own brakes and pretty straightforward. HTH.

I agree,

I came close to offering to do the brakes myself for free since @MRCW stated he has all the parts. I was only concerned about the distance he is traveling to my area and that it might create a tight time slot that I couldn't be available, or if anything caused a delay. Of course a shop might have the same constraint.

stopped by Jesses... they really wouldnt give me a quote for labor...

I may ask my local BMW guy to price it up...

BTW if I do it myself is there any special trick to remove the parking brake calipers for the rear rotor replacement?

Huh....I just talked to the guys at Jesses on Saturday.

Did they give a reason? Possibly BC you have your own parts...and if they had fitment issues...only trying to think creatively here.

Well, best to you getting the work done.

Rewinding the parking brake piston is not that hard, can be done with needle nose pliers. The "special tool kit" can be purchased at any harbor freight or Amazon. Many Ford vehicles have this type of calipers. Again, any shop can do these.
