Pebble Beach door sill plaques

I was un-pimping the auto today, pulling off fake carbon the prior owner had put on when I noticed the door plaque said "Hand Built in England for PEBBLE BEACH 2006"
Do other people have these?
I thought it was a fitting find with Monterey car week going on. I used to attend but from what I can tell from youtube it is a sh*t show.

a little bit ashamed this fooled me for a while

See if you can find pictures from that event. You should see your car on display.

Myself I m convinced my car is on two official video on the nurburgring 2012-2014. As it was used there and got the stamp too.

That's awesome!

My car was in the 2010 NY auto show with gulf livery. But I didn't get fancy doorsills.

I went to CarWeek, yes it was a **** show but really fun. (Took an hour to go from Laguna Seca to Carmel.) While sitting in traffic I saw the craziest cars everywhere. Silver F50, Two Chirons, Two Konigseggs, Two different Lancia Rally car restomod things, and a few Aston Valors.

I wish I would have gotten some pics of the car driving through Carmel. It would have gotten more attention than a GT3.

That is cool you braved the crowds and went. Did you also go to the races? That part is my favorite.

I would love to see that Gulf Livery, have you posted a picture on the Official Picture thread?

It was my first time going, and I will be moving out of state, so it's my only opportunity for a while.

I'll have to post a pic when the car was new, and now. Previous owners are on this forum, and I found quite a few pics of it from a few years back.

I paid for the good parking at Laguna Seca, which was not really worth it. The paddock area was really cool and I took a ton of pics. There was a 250GTO being ignored by everyone because of the pink and white 962 racecar right next to it. Also, I saw the 787b and Nissan GTP car almost collide after spinning right after the corkscrew.

That is incredibly cool! I think Aston Martin had one of those hardcover books/brochures for the 2006 Pebble Beach Concours, your car may be in it! That is a very special car you have.

*scratch that, looks like the Pebble Beach book is from 07 - https://amht.org.uk/products/pebble-beach/

Haha dang so close. Thanks for the link. I sent an email to Tim Cottingham to see if he had any information. His first year with Pebble was 2007 as well. He did say most likely it was shown there but he has no proof.
I ordered a used 2006 program off ebay that may have the car in it.
There was a Vantage with vin# 0004 that was shown in 2005 that sold on BaT. Didn't seem to add much value to the car

Whether it adds monetary value or not, still pretty cool and special!
