It's easy once you know what to do. Reaching the top hose clamp is the trickiest bit really.

Been driving the car around, had a proper alignment done at BR Racing in Los Gatos- ride height, camber, toe. The stability and turn in post alignment is incredible, but it's at the expense of tire life- -2.5 front and -2.3 rear, with a touch of toe in. That said, I'm getting some rubbing in the front under hard compressions, so may consider a narrower tire (the Nankangs just run super wide, but traction is incredible).

At long last I've gotten an update from ECPS that my parts are ready to ship, so should have some worthwhile updates soon. For now all you and I get is this blurry teaser photo

Wow. Waiting to see how these look! Vantage Seats are definitely a weak point.

Are those pieces OEM or made by ECPS? I'm only seeing used parts on their website, are their carbon parts somewhere I'm not finding them? Your car is going to look great with all of that and your wheels.

They are made by ECPS- they do all their own manufacturing in house. They have 2 different sides to their business- parts manufacturing and then providing used parts for the exotic brands.

You can find their carbon parts here: https://ecpsgroup.com/shop/

Sharing a few more photos I received this morning:

will be deleting the silly nav screen:

Will need to get the side skirts painted to match once they arrive. And figure out the how defeat the SRS light with the new seats. I believe the rear diffuser uses the same hardware, but I know the rear bumper need to come off.

Thanks, they have a lot of options. Did you get a shipping and tariff quote yet? I'm hesitant to buy anything from overseas right now because of stories of inconsistent calculations of tariffs and significant admin fees tacked on by various carriers.

Shipping all in via DHL is $2k. You can't really avoid buying parts overseas for an Aston. I have not had issues with DHL to date.

I have been following your AM project from the beginning. You have gone above and beyond with the upgrades and your car looks perfect. Not good but perfect.

Thank you. Still a little ways to go, some minor cosmetic things I want to do after this. Major projects left is a twin plate clutch upgrade and addressing the pesky timing cover leak.

Making progress. Got the side skirts back from paint- used Apex Autobody in San Jose- probably not the usual type of place you'd take an Aston to, but the owner is an enthusiast and did a really great job. Naturally had to clean up and ceramic coat behind the sills. This blurry video was very helpful on taking it apart:
I found it helpful to put some painters tape on to prevent scratch the door and fenders when lining it up, and loosed the tab on the rear quarters just smidge as fitment is tight.

Good news for the ECPS AMR skirts- they are true plug and play (well, I did I have to enlarge the mounting holes slightly) and work with the 4.3 fender liners. The mudflaps would technically fit up, but the contour is clearly not meant for the skirts so I decided not to reinstall. I just plugged the holes in the liner with old hardware.

Installed:
6G33-C20571-AD - inner door weather strip left
6G33-C20570-AD - outer door wether strip right
6G43-0516B-BA x 14 - lower skirt mounting bolts
707623 x 6 - upper skirt mounting screws
703156 x 6 - mounting bolts to fenders
702511 x 4 - body nuts

Also ordered some new factory paint protect film strips but has not arrived yet (intended for V8S/V12 skirts).

Looks good, is that the N420 front lip in the last picture? I'd also like to see the rear diffuser when you get it installed, the front lip and diffuser are what I'm likely going to order.
