Bluetooth pairing with LG

I just got a new LG VX8350 and cannot pair it with my car. My other LG, the VX8300, has no problems working with the system.
Anyone else having this problem with a LG VX 8350?

Brought it back to the store and it paired with one of their headsets. They gave me a display model to try before replacing mine, and it worked. They then gave me a new phone, I went out to the car, and it couldn't find my bluetooth or PDA. Stay away from this phone!
I went back to my Moto E815 (which is an awesome phone), but am looking for a new one; I don't need another PDA, or a music player, I just want to recieve and make a few calls. I have read that the new Razr models are slow and freeze, any ideas? I don't want to drop $200+ on a phone- it is just a phone!
